At MidnightDaggers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

No Change Of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or any reason not related to product quality. All sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

Damaged Or Defective Items

Refunds or replacements are only eligible if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue

  • The damage or defect must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost

  • A refund to the original payment method

Non-Eligible Cases

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Minor cosmetic variations or natural manufacturing differences

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs

Processing Of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
